I'm Daniel Lodewikus Meyer

 

I am a dedicated Property Practitioner (FFC#1265472) (Real Estate NQF 4&5), Town Planner (BT&RP, University of Pretoria)(NQF8), and Property Manager/Developer (UCT), with a strong passion for real estate and property development. My unique approach integrates property management, urban planning, and digital innovation to offer comprehensive solutions in the property sector.

As a UX/UI Designer (Academy of Digital Arts) and Front-End Developer (Udacity), I create user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. Whether managing real estate projects or developing seamless web interfaces, my focus is always on delivering effective and high-quality solutions.

My skills include UX/UI design, WordPress and front-end development, social media marketing, and motion design. I also specialize in digital marketing strategies like SEO, PPC (Google AdWords), and data-driven marketing. This diverse skill set helps bridge the gap between digital and physical spaces, optimizing both user interactions and property management.

With an Honours degree in Town Planning, a Property Management and Development qualification, and a web development certificate, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience to every project, continually striving to enhance spaces and experiences through innovative design and strategy.
